Elite FC will be Following Ohio Health Dept and Ohio South Soccer Return to play
Phase 2 Recommendations
Return to play waiver
Ohio Recommendations are at the bottom.
-Outdoor soccer is a low exposure activity.
-All of the equipment and Pinneys will be cleaned after each session/day and no player will wear a pinney that is worn by any other player, prior to washing it.
-Players are to stay 6ft away when not playing.
-Masks are optional for players, coaches, and parents.
-Trainings are optional.
-Bring your own water and do not share.
-Hand sanitizer will be provided after every session.
-All training will be intra club.
-Coaches are asked to self-symptom check and not attend if they have any symptoms.
-Kids will be split by age groups so if there is a Covid related illness, we will be able to notify those in the age group.
-We are recommending no touching, no high fives, no handshakes, and no touching the ball without gloves(kick ins instead of throw ins).
-We want to limit contact so we are not checking temperatures at the field. Please self check at home. Here are some questions to ask at home -
1-Does your player have a fever?
2-Does your player have any symptoms of Covid19?
3-Has your player been in contact with Covid19 or exposed to someone that has Covid 19?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please do not bring your player to the training. If they attended other sessions, please let us know so we can relay the information to the Age group parents.
These training sessions are voluntary and will not hurt your player’s chance of play time in the spring season.
All parents need to sign the Covid-19 Infectious Disease Waiver prior to playing.
Thank you for following all of the recommendations. We are excited to be back on the field, but our number one priority is safety!
