Juggling - The main focus is with the feet. You want to hit the ball in the very center with the center of the laces for it to go straight. For the best control try to keep the ball under head level or under waist level. Try to use both feet. Try all the different combinations to get 2(right foot left foot, 2 rights, 2 lefts, left foot right foot), then go onto three. Get your record. Can you get to 12, 20? Can you do right foot, right thigh, left thigh, left foot? Can you do around the world(right foot, right thigh, right shoulder, head, left shoulder, left thigh, left foot? Set up a contest on your team to see who can juggle the most.
Striking a ball off the wall (6 foot preferably) - use both feet, play two touch, play one touch, play one touch one foot only. Remember that the wall will only give back the same pass that you give it(bad pass = bad return pass)
2 obstacle dribbling - You need two objects(cones, discs, gym bags, water bottles, etc.) in a 10 foot x 10 foot area. Dribble around the objects in a figure 8. Some ways to do this are only the inside of the feet, inside of right only, inside of left, use only one foot(all surfaces), time yourself to get through it, how many can you do in 30 seconds with right foot then left foot, then try to beat your time. Take 10-15 minutes to work on this.
Foam ball strikes- Using a foam ball(so you do not break anything) throw it off the wall and strike into a made up goal(bookcase or closet). You can hit it before it hits the ground or after. You can work on trapping the ball out of the air as well.
Dribbling games - You can imagine that you are playing a game and you are going one on one with someone. Pretend to use your moves(step overs, roll and go) to beat the defender and finish. You can dribble through cones to goal or use a tree as a defender.
Set up small sided games with neighbors - Do 1v1 up to as many as you can fit in your yard. Use whatever you can for goals(trees, bushes, or anything you can set up.)
